1. Who we are

DevToolMaster is the data controller for personal data processed through the Site and our services. You can reach us at contact@devtoolmaster.shop.

2. Personal data we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

  • Contact data — name, business email, company name, job title, phone number.
  • Enquiry data — the content of emails and messages you send, including details about your team, stack and requirements.
  • Engagement data — information exchanged while delivering a service, such as scope, configuration preferences and access details you choose to share.
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected automatically.
  • Communication records — records of our correspondence and support interactions.

We do not intentionally collect special categories of sensitive personal data through the Site. Please do not send such data unless specifically requested and necessary.

3. How we collect data

We collect personal data when you email us or use the contact links, when you engage our services, and automatically through standard web technologies. Because the Site uses email contact rather than online payment, we do not collect payment-card data through the Site.

4. Why we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries and provide quotes.
  • To deliver, manage and support the services you engage us for.
  • To manage our relationship with you and your organisation.
  • To operate, secure and improve the Site.
  • To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.
  • To send service updates and, where permitted, relevant business communications.

5. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data where necessary to take steps at your request before entering a contract, to perform a contract, to comply with a legal obligation, for our legitimate business interests (balanced against your rights), or on the basis of your consent where required. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on it.

6. Cookies and analytics

The Site may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, security and to understand how the Site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the Site works.

7. Sharing and disclosure

We do not sell personal data. We may share it with service providers who support our operations (hosting, email, IT) under confidentiality obligations; professional advisers where necessary; authorities or regulators where required by law; and a successor entity in the event of a business reorganisation, merger or sale.

8. Third-party AI tools

Our services involve integrating and configuring third-party AI tools chosen by you. Those tools are operated by their own providers under their own privacy policies and terms. When you use those tools, your data is processed by those providers, not by us. We encourage you to review each provider's privacy policy. All third-party product names are trademarks of their respective owners.

9. International data transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UAE, for example to service providers located abroad, we take steps to ensure an adequate level of protection consistent with the PDPL, including appropriate safeguards and contractual protections where required.

10. Data retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. When data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.

11. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping any credentials you use confidential.

12. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to access your data, request correction or deletion, object to or restrict certain processing, request portability, and withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact contact@devtoolmaster.shop. We may need to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by law.

13. Children

Our Site and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

14. Marketing communications

Where we send business communications, you can opt out at any time. We will still send essential service-related messages relating to your engagement.

15. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

16. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "last updated" date shows when it was last revised. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated policy.
